Subsequent tests revealed it to be present XX in 7 of 130 butchers suffering from warts, in 3 of 66 wart patients XX and in 1 of 55 immunosuppressed patients. It has been detected in XX flat warts and intermediate warts. It is most closely related to XX HPV-3 and HPV-10. XX XX Cloned HPV-28 DNA was obtained from the Papillomavirus Reference XX Center, Heidelberg and subsequently sequenced by Dr. H. Delius XX over the L1 MY09/MY11 segment. HPV-28 and the several other HPV XX types recently sequenced over the MY09/MY11 primer region by Dr. XX Delius were used as type-specific probes to screen DNA for novel XX genital HPV types. The screened DNA was obtained from four recent XX epidemiological studies [1]. Primer regions are annotated in the XX sequence; information in this region is not accurate due to primer XX degeneracy.
